                                                        Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum (ECCA)

Enamelled CCA Wire is the new enamelled wire which adopts copper enamelled aluminum as conductor, so it's character is between copper and aluminum, but it combines copper's excellent conductibility and aluminum's light weight, Recently, the price of electrolytic copper increasing greatly, it is the excellent substitute of CCA Wire. Comparing with pure ones, it has apparent advantages.

Advantage of ECCA
Ⅰ.Light in Weight
The density of Enamelled CCA Wire is one third of same diameter, which is efficient in reducing the weight of cables and coils, while it can cultivate products' function in sound coil.

 
Ⅱ.Excellent DC resistivity
Enamelled CCA wire's DC resistivity is 1.5of pure copper wire. For the same resistivity, its diameter is 1.2 of pure copper wires, while its weight is 1/2 of the latter.
Ⅲ.Excellent brazing
It has the same brazing as the pure one's because there is pure copper on its surface, so it will not be specially dealt with as the aluminum.
Ⅳ.Low in cost
Comparing with pure Enamelled CCA wires, it can reduce 30%~50% price in some using areas.
